Set Up Guide

Shipment Content:
1 x iPhone Charging Case
1 x Lighting Charging Cable

Quick Guide:
1. Ensure that the iPhone is compatible with the charging case. iPhone 8/7/6s/6/SE (2022/2020)
2. Gently pull back the flexible top of the caseand align the bottom of your phone with the charging port at the base of the case.
3. Slide the iPhone into the case, ensuring the connector fits securely into your phone’s port.
4. Ensure that the sides and top are properly wrapped around the phone.
5. Press and hold the button on the back of the case for 5 seconds to power on.
6. To charge the chase: Plug the charging cable into the case’s external charging port.

Removing Phone:
1. Gently pull back the top of the case and carefully slide the phone out. When dismounting the Battery Case, please don’t warp your iPhone at a huge angle; this can damage the connector.

Troubleshooting

What if the case is not charging?

Verify your power source, try another wall plug. Please check if the power plugs are plugged in tightly.

What if the phone will not fit inside the case?

Verify that the phone is one of the following:
iPhone 8/7/6s/6/SE (2022/2020)
Not Compatible with: iPhone 6s Plus/6 Plus/7 Plus/ 8 Plus
