Our current Epson rental range uses the ColorWorks C4000 series, called the C4000e in Europe. If your registration platform was set up for a C3500, our team can help check the requirements for the current model.
The printer, AC adapter, power cord and ink cartridges are included. Order your name badge stock separately to suit your artwork and chosen finish. You can also order additional ink.
Prepare a full-colour layout for each attendee group in your registration software. The Epson prints the artwork and attendee details together on compatible blank name badge stock. There is no need to order a separate batch of preprinted stock for every layout.
Share the name of your registration platform so we can check its Epson printing requirements. The printer connects by USB or Ethernet, and our support centre provides setup instructions. Phone and email support are available 24/7, with on-site technicians upon request.
