Taking your event to another country?
The first two answers are for you.
Only the address and the venue's set-up and dismantling times. Book the same models and stock, and everything else carries over.
Any event beyond the EU border, Switzerland and Norway included. Before anything ships, tell us who is responsible for the import. You may also need an ATA Carnet, a customs document that lets equipment enter a country temporarily.
Not always. Messe München, for one, will not accept deliveries for exhibitors. We hand the printers to a person you name at booking, from your team or your stand builder.
No, we rent single printers for stands. Both ZD621 models print over Bluetooth, so no cable has to cross the counter to your laptop.
Yes. You choose which attendee fields print. A job title or email address stays off the name badge unless you add it.
Yes, on PVC with the ZC10L, at about 120 an hour. The black-printing models manage about 500. For big crowds, pre-printed colour stock with names in black keeps the queue shorter.
