Wristband Printer Rental for Events

Print a wristband for each guest as they check in, with their name, access level and a QR code. Our Zebra printers make each band in seconds, so the line keeps moving. Print on white or red bands, and staff can spot each access level from across the room. Every printer arrives tested, with 24/7 support for the whole event.

Custom NFC Wristbands With Your Event Design

NFC wristbands are made to order, with your design printed on the fabric band and the tag. Each tag holds a chip, so guests tap a reader to check in or enter a VIP area. Our NFC readers, such as the SocketScan S370, read the bands at the door. Ask us for a quote and tell us your event dates and guest count.
