The Event Kiosk Ultra™ uses a hybrid model. You purchase and keep the custom-branded kiosk body, while the tablets, printers, scanners, and other integrated hardware are rented and returned after the event.
With Zebra printers, the kiosk can support fanfold badges, roll badges, and roll adhesive labels. With the Epson ColorWorks C4000, it is designed for fanfold badges and adhesive badge options.
The Event Kiosk Ultra™ accommodates large tablets, including the 13-inch iPad Air M2/M4 and the 12-inch Surface Pro. The tablet is mounted in a fixed-angle, landscape-only position with the camera exposed for optical scanning.
The Event Kiosk Ultra™ ships flat and assembles in about 7 to 10 minutes. It uses a tool-free, tab-based assembly method and can be assembled by one person, though two people are recommended for a smoother setup.
Yes. The kiosk body can be printed with custom vector artwork, including event branding, sponsor logos, colors, and patterns. The branding is printed directly onto the kiosk with a matte finish, so it is permanent and cannot be changed after production.
Yes. You can choose from different branding levels depending on your timeline and how much of the kiosk you want customized. Express Partial Branding adds a branded square to the front of the kiosk body. Express Standard Branding covers the most visible front-facing panels, including the faceplate and main front panel. Full Branding covers every designated artwork panel, including areas that wrap around the kiosk and panels that are not usually seen from the front.
Because the artwork is printed directly onto the kiosk body, branding is permanent and cannot be swapped out later. For the fastest option, choose express branding. For the most polished all-around look, choose Complete Full Branding.
Yes, the kiosk can technically be reused, especially for repeat programs with the same branding. However, because it is made from recyclable honeycomb cardboard, repeated disassembly and reassembly may affect how clean the joints look over time. We recommend leaving the most essential pieces intact for the best durability.
