We worked with Choose2Rent for a large-scale exhibition and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team is extremely reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable — exactly what you want from an onsite equipment partner.

The hardware provided (printers, scanners, lead retrieval devices, laptops, tablets, etc.) was in excellent condition and performed smoothly throughout the event. Even when requirements evolved last-minute — as they often do during live shows — Choose2Rent handled the changes calmly and professionally, ensuring we always had the right equipment to keep operations seamless.

Special thanks to the onsite and backend support team who were proactive in flagging potential risks, fast in troubleshooting, and patient in walking us through technical setups. It really felt like a collaborative partnership rather than a vendor-client relationship.

2026 UPDATE: So now we use them for two festivals here in Waltham, MA! And we couldn't be happier. It's comforting to know the service is consistent and good.

2025 UPDATE: This company is still great! We are still using them, and everything goes smoothly every time.

2023 original review: The Watch City Steampunk Festival in Waltham, MA has contracted with Choose 2 Rent for multiple festivals. The online quote system is quite easy. More importantly, the customer service provided was responsive and informative. Especially considering the fact I made mistakes on the original quote request. Having a knowledgeable representative help me navigate our needs was very welcomed.

I was having tech support issues and Mattheu Heil stayed with me on the phone to troubleshoot for 45 minutes and walked me through step by step and had patience and several backup options when issues arose. This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. He went above and beyond to help look up issues that weren’t related to the Choose2Rent service. He deserves a raise and recognition for his wonderful customer service and expertise. Without Mattheu, I don’t know how we would have printed our badges.

The initial order process was stress-free and explained in detail by our account executive, Guiliana. Having an initial Teams/Zoom meeting made everything else seem seamless.
The rental experience was smooth and efficient. There was some back and forth with our institution’s contract department that had to be resolved but the team at Choose 2 Rent worked well with our contract team to ensure both sides were satisfied according to their perspective standards. Even though it was the same printer that we had utilized earlier in the year, the equipment we received from Choose 2 Rent was in great shape and delivered with care. All the equipment was labeled and calibrated which made my experience much more enjoyable.
Guiliana made sure to check in before the delivery/shipping of the equipment and if we had any questions, she was quick to respond. The technician I spoke to was very helpful in ensuring that the printer settings were adequate for the type of labels we had. We had an hour of Teams meeting and offered his number and direct extension should I had encountered any issues during my printing. The rental return process was such a breeze! Honestly, the instructions sent, labels, packaging, everything made it so stress-free for me amid running 3 concurrent conferences.
I was very pleased with the services provided and look forward to working with them in the future.

We were completely satisfied with the Choose 2 Rent! The quote and order process was smooth and efficient. The products arrived as expected. The quality of the iPads, charging cords and cases was high. Everything was packed well, and the return instructions were very clear. Five-star customer service!

Our iPad rental with a data plan allowed us to have an efficient check-in process for our 300+ gala guests. The rental time frame was perfect as it allowed me to train all of our volunteers on the iPads in advance of the event.

I can’t say enough positive things about our interactions with Anthony and the Choose 2 Rent team! They fulfilled printer and badge rental needs for a large, in-person conference, everything was handled seamlessly and efficiently, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our order.

The hardware arrived on time, was expertly packaged, and all of the information we needed was incredibly easy to find. Whenever an issue arose, their customer support team was easy to get in touch with, and were incredibly thorough in their ability to troubleshoot with our team until solutions were found. Following our event, it could not have been simpler to repackage our items and send back to the C2R team with the provided return shipping label.

We had a great experience with Choose 2 Rent. They were easy to order from and we received everything exactly on time. Set up was clear and easy for the iPads and printers and we received many compliments from attendees regarding the ease of printing name badges and checking in for our conference. Using Choose 2 Rent elevated our event and we will definitely use their services again! It was also incredibly easy to pack everything up and drop it off at Fedex. Overall great experience!

Choose to Rent helped us deploy temperature scanners with facial recognition in our offices and we couldn’t be happier. All of the scanners were shipped direct to us and included easy to follow setup instructions. We had a minor configuration issue, which support was able to fix in minutes. Amazing service.
